HOW THE WARRANTY DEPARTMENT WORKS

So you have purchased a new condo from Streetside Development Corporation and now have possession of your new home…what now?

Streetside Development Corporation provides a one year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from your date of possession. For detailed information on your warranty program and Streetside’s responsibilities, please refer to your Home Owner’s Manual.

Approximately three to four weeks after your possession date, you will receive a “Welcome to Warranty” letter that will explain your year-long warranty on workmanship and materials and the process for requesting service from a Streetside Service Representative.

Just prior to 90 days after your possession date, you will receive a letter from Streetside along with a service request form. You will also receive a letter and service request form just before your one year anniversary. Request forms can be mailed or faxed to our office.

After your service request form has been received by the office, you will be contacted to arrange an appointment for a Customer Service Representative to visit your home. At that time they will inspect your home (doors, windows, plumbing etc) and attend to any service items that you may have.

Once your year-end service has been completed all service issues will be the homeowner’s responsibility.

For after-hours emergencies (plumbing leaks, heating problems, etc), please call our 24-hour emergency pager - (403) 701-3495, a customer service representative will contact you as soon as possible.

  • Snow removal
  • Landscaping - i.e. grass cutting
  • Parking issues/complaints
  • Cleaning of common areas
