The Elements of Mission

Elements of Mission The Elements of Mission is a 70-unit, four-storey apartment condominium, which graces the banks of the Elbow River and is adjacent to the well-traveled entryway into Lindsay Park. A vibrant inner-city development, the Elements of Mission is within walking distance of the trendy shops and restaurants of the southwest 4th Street Mission district, with direct access to the downtown core.

Taking full advantage of its riverside setting, the Elements of Mission features terraced riverfront elevations, offering its residents attractive patio and balcony living space. The building features an engaging South European colour palette and five-foot high windows allow ample natural light to accentuate the building’s well-appointed living spaces.

Milestone

Milestone Milestone is a multi-building complex comprised of a two-storey (14-unit) building and a three-storey (33-unit) building, featuring a central underground parkade. The community offered a selection of 13 floorplans ranging from 760 to 1312 sq. ft. The project was completed in December 2002.

The community is situated on a prime ridge-view location bordered by 17th Avenue and Signature Park SW, in the upscale west-side neighbourhood of Signal Hill. Designed with the “active adult” in mind, the Milestone is within walking distance of day-to-day convenience shopping, within minutes of area amenities and shopping with easy access to downtown.

Turnbury at Crystal Shores in Okotoks

Turnbury Turnbury is a community of 76 Townhomes located at Crystal Shores, the newest lake and golf course neighbourhood in the vibrant southwest town of Okotoks. While maintaining Streetside’s established standards of quality, Turnbury @ Crystal Shores is oriented towards single, young family and “active adult” homebuyers.

Turnbury @ Crystal Shores is Streetside’s second “Wired e-community” providing its residents with full time “high speed” Internet service. The development offers a choice of home designs, and each home is complete with attached single garage and full driveway. With its emphasis on maintenance-free living, Turnbury @ Crystal Shores’ exteriors include vinyl siding, 25-year heavy gauge roof singles and preserved wood decking material.

Pearce Gardens, Inglewood

Pearce Gardens Pearce Gardens is a 148-unit low-rise apartment condominium community located in the established southeast neighbourhood of Inglewood. The development is comprised of a four-storey, 66-unit building and a four-storey, 82-unit building, sharing a secure common under-ground parkade and surrounding a central courtyard. An attractive entry feature and visitors’ parking area mark the main entry into this professionally landscaped multi-unit lifestyle community.

Completed in 2004, Pearce Gardens provides its residents with the best of both worlds. On-site amenities include a well-appointed exercise facility and multi-purpose meeting room featuring a home-theatre entertainment system. Latitude at Cougar Ridge

Latitude at Cougar Ridge Latitude at Cougar Ridge is a community of 50 townhomes off Old Banff Coach Road, close to Canada Olympic Park, in one of Calgary’s most desirable Southwest communities. While maintaining Streetside’s established standards of quality, Latitude is oriented towards single, young family and “active adult” homebuyers.

Victorian in style, the development offers a choice of home designs, each complete with attached single garage and full driveway. With its emphasis on maintenance-free living, Latitude exteriors include vinyl siding, 25 year heavy-gauge roof shingles and preserved wood decking material. This community was completed in 2004.

The Grandview

The Grandview Undoubtedly, one of Calgary’s best luxury apartment condominium buildings. The GrandView’s dramatic copper roof crowns 16 stories of unparalleled elegance.

Located on the riverfront in the Mission district, exquisitely designed in brick and glass by award winning Calgary architects Gibbs Gage, The GrandView balances traditional and modern elements in a meaningful tribute to its historic riverside neighborhood. Faceted exterior walls echo the brick bays of nearby heritage buildings, while a dramatic entry blends convenience with old-fashioned grace. The Grandview was completed in 2002.

Marywood Lane

Marywood Lane An example of Streetside’s ability to deliver lifestyle living tailored to fit within an existing urban environment, Marywood Lane is a community of 28 loft-style semi-detached villas in the established Southwest neighborhood of Cedarbrae. Setting new standards for quality and attention to detail, Marywood Lane was oriented towards empty nesters and couples looking for a maintenance-free lifestyle.

The development offered a number of home designs and optional 2nd floor plans and each home complete with an attached double garage and spacious wooden deck.

Inglewood Grove

Inglewood Grove Come home to the serenity of Inglewood Grove. It’s taken you ten minutes to get control over the chaos of downtown. Put your feet up on your deck and raise a glass to the beauty of your surroundings. Gaze over the pond under a canopy of leaves and listen to the birds greet the evening. Streetside brought their unique vision of innovative design and craftsmanship to the interior and exterior features and finishes of your home.

Inglewood Grove gives you a lifestyle community that will rival your expectations. Inglewood Grove was also the first townhome project in Canada featuring super-high-speed wireless Internet access independently supplied to each home in the project for just under $10 per month guaranteed for four years. This community was completed in 2001.

Marda Station

Marda Station An excellent example of well-planned mixed-use development, Streetside’s Marda Station has helped revitalizing the heart of South Calgary’s long-established Marda Loop community. The 42-home, four-storey condominium apartment offered ideal accommodation to young professionals and retirees with easy access to the city centre.

Complimenting the maintenance-free lifestyle is the extended living space of the homeowners’ lounge and the convenience of the building’s secure and heated underground parking structure. Streetside’s sister company, Qualico Commercial, has built a very successful retail component of the development located immediately north of the Marda Station consisting of two buildings featuring the same exterior treatment.

Chelsea Station

Chelsea Station Demonstrating Streetside’s ability to meet all lifestyle requirements is Chelsea Station, a community of 76 townhomes in the Country Hills neighborhood. While maintaining Streetside’s established standards of quality, Chelsea Station is oriented towards the price conscious first-home single, young family and “re-start” homebuyers.

The development offers a choice of home designs, and each home is complete with attached garage and full driveway. With its emphasis on maintenance-free living, Chelsea Station’s exteriors include vinyl siding, 25-year heavy-gauge roof shingles and preserved wood decking material.

Stone Creek Chalets

Stone Creek Chalets Completed in January of 1999, the 42-unit Fernie StoneCreek Chalets provided Streetside’s first experience in both the recreational market and modular construction. The project featured a stacked townhouse design with separate exterior entries for each unit to enable easy year-round maintenance.

Exterior features included cedar siding, peeled log and river rock trims, all capped by an autumn-coloured metal roof. The project attracted people looking for a recreational residence and investment vehicle in a quiet mountain setting. The homes were offered in a ‘turn-key’ manner with custom-designed and manufactured furniture and 7 appliances.

Varsity Parke Estates

Varsity Parke Estates Streetside Development Corporation continued its commitment to developing maintenance free housing aimed at mature buyers with the introduction of the 24-unit Varsity Parke Estates. The project, completed in 1998, was Streetside’s logical and successful step into the higher end of the Calgary multi-family housing market.

Varsity Parke Estates featured traditional wood-frame construction methods with extensive use of new materials, such as composite fibre siding, organic fibre roof shingles and stamped concrete front courtyards.

Kelvin Court

Kelvin Court Offering style, comfort and quality craftsmanship, the 37-unit Kelvin Court condominium project was started in 1996 and completed in 1997. The project was awarded the Alberta Home Builders Association’s 1997 Award of Excellence in Housing for the “Best Multi-Family Exterior”. Kelvin Court offered the combination of both a professionally managed building with an adult lifestyle community setting and was extremely attractive to buyers ranging from ‘empty-nesters’ to retired and semi-retired professionals.

Building features included silent radiant in-floor heating, owner’s lounge, high ceilings and many other characteristics found only in luxury apartment complexes.

Hidden Valley Green

Hidden Valley Green Started in 1995 and completed in 1997, the northwest Calgary project of Hidden Valley Green focused on delivering maintenance free living with the security of traditional home ownership. This project offered villa-style homes plus the advantages of a professionally managed home-owner’s association.

Hidden Valley Green was designed to appeal to ‘empty-nesters’ and consumers attracted to a maintenance free living style.

Heritage Village in Monterey Park

Heritage Village in Monterey Park Completed in 1996, this project was oriented and marketed to a senior buyer. Heritage Village offered affordable bungalow duplex-style villas and townhouses in a master planned maintenance free community.

This was a landmark project for Streetside and marked the beginning of its dedication to “Building Lifestyle Communities.”


3111 & 3101 Varsity

3111 & 3101 Varsity Advantageously located in the City of Calgary, 3111 & 3101 Varsity offer convenience and design in these apartment-style condominiums. A five-minute walk to the University of Calgary campus, two C-Train stations and offer a quick commute to the downtown core and shopping opportunities abound are only a few of the outside amenities available to residents. Completed in 2006, these apartments offer underground parkades, one and two bedroom floorplans, fitness centre and meeting room, outdoor gazebo and living space and high-quality interior finishes to suit any style.


Latitude at Royal Oak

Latitude at Royal Oak Latitude at Royal Oak is a 46 unit townhome community located in NW Calgary. Completed in 2007, these townhomes range in size from 1333 to 1447 sq.ft. constructed around a central courtyard. These townhomes featured single or double car garages, three-storey floorplan layouts, and ample landscaping. Following the architectural orientation of the community, long-wearing red concrete roof tiles provide a distinct look to Latitude.

Plaza at Royal Oak

Plaza at Royal Oak Plaza in Royal Oak is a 24 unit towhnome community located accross from Lattitude in Royal Oak and next to Red Haus. Completed in 2009, these townhomes ranged in size from 1323 to 1373 sq.ft. These townhomes featured a single car garage, three-storey floorplan layouts, and following the architectural orientation of the community, long-wearing red concrete roof tiles. Plaza unites luxury townhome living, openness and the vibrant energy of community.
