SALES ASSISTANTS
Streetside Developments has immediate opportunities for a Sales Assistant position at our Penncross project in Okotoks. You will be working in a collaborative, fast-paced selling environment with one of the industry leaders in multi-family development. The sales assistant role is an ideal position for someone looking to gain experience in the real estate field, or to apply their own knowledge and expertise to new challenges. We are looking for ambitious, outgoing, and well-rounded individuals looking to gain experience in the real estate industry. Working in a collaborative team environment, the ideal candidate will bring a passion for real estate and the desire to learn. Real estate experience is not necessary; we are looking for candidates with the drive to achieve and the ability to succeed!
SALES CONSULTANTS
With new projects on the horizon, sales consultant positions are available with Streetside sales & marketing. You will be working in a collaborative, positive, fast-paced selling environment partnered with a commitment to integrated, strategic sales and marketing philosophy. You must be accountable and embrace new tactics to align results to the organizations bottom line. You need to be strategic, consultative, engaging as you discover, educate, nurture, and define client needs at your project. You’ll do all of this side-by-side with our marketing, construction, service and warranty departments.
You may be experienced in the multi-family or real estate industry however you are most definitely well-rounded, ambitious, modest and an exceptional communicator. This isn’t your ordinary sales job; it is an integrated sales and marketing team that will produce positive results!
